Classes have been color coded to class description and the instructor that offers the class to make it easy for you to determine what would suit you best.

Class Descriptions:
Boot Camp (Monday & Tuesday)
A high intensity full body workout that keeps your heart rate up and pushes you out of your comfort zone.
Built by Motherhood
Designed especially for moms who want to rebuild strength, confidence, and community after pregnancy - with their babies right by their side. This intimate class will provide a supportive, welcoming environment where every mom gets personal attention, proper form guidance and encouragement. Workouts will focus on postpartum-sage strength training, core & pelvic floor restoration, cardiovascular conditioning, functional movements for everyday mom, mental wellness and stress relief. Babies are welcome to join!
Indian Classical Dance
Bharathanatyam, Mohiniyattam and Kuchipudi are some of the classical dance styles originated in India, trancing its roots to 5000BC, making them the oldest art forms in the world. Three essential components of these dances forms are Bhava(emotional), Raga(melody), and Tala(rhythm), which utilizes nritya(technique), natya(story telling) to create the rich style of body movements. The intrinsic Southern Indian gyrometric style is well known for its intricate footwork, hand gestures and expression (Abhinaya) to tell a story. Ash's dance studio will be focused on the original style of these forms with all the technique and choreography.

MomStrong Foundations
This is a mom-and-baby–friendly fitness class designed to help new and busy moms rebuild strength, tone their bodies, and boost energy—all in a supportive, grace-filled environment. Bring your babies or come alone. This is a strength based class with focus on core rebuilding and strengthening utilizing bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.
StrongHERBones
Active aging with MELT, pilates, yoga, balance, power & strength training classes
Strong Together: Parent & Preteen Fitness
This is a fun, high-energy class designed for parents and preteens to train side-by-side. Through partner workouts, strength training, teamwork challenges and confidence-building movement, families build healthy habits - together. This class focuses on proper movement mechanics, strength development, and creating a positive relationship with exercise in a supportive, encouraging environment. Because getting stronger is better when you do it together.
Senior Strength & Mobility
Low impact class gear toward those experiencing loss of mobility, that want to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Class incorporates mobility exercises, strength exercises with low weights, resistance bands and kettlebells, and finishes with stretching exercises to help increase your flexibility. Designed for seniors but would be good learning class for anyone new to exercise.
Yoga
Yoga incorporates gentle, mindful movements and exploration of experience, for greater connection and ease of being.
Strength & Conditioning
Circuit training combining cardio and resistance work that targets the entire body and utilizes wide variety of equipment throughout the studio.
